FLOW Digital Infrastructure (“FLOW”) and AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (“ALLHC”) broke ground on the land development of its first joint data center campus, ML1, located in Laguna, Philippines, following the launch of A-FLOW, the joint venture partnership between FLOW and ALLHC announced in October 2022.

The three-building campus facility will offer flexibility to tailor design to customers’ unique requirements, with the ability to ramp up to 36MW. The initial roll-out of 6MW is targeted to be ready for service by the end of 2024. The carrier neutral facility will be built to the latest industry standards and will feature resilient power delivery design with diverse power feeds.

The event marks the official launch of A-FLOW, the joint venture partnership between FLOW and ALLHC. It leverages ALLHC’s proven track record in industrial real estate development and FLOW’s best-in-class next-generation data center design, development, and operational capabilities.

Senior executives of FLOW and ALLHC, as well as government officials from the Province of Laguna, the City of Biñan, the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) and the Board of Investments (BOI), took part in the on-site groundbreaking ceremony.
