The country’s leading industrial park and real estate logistics operator, AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) steps forward, responsibly taking proactive measures in addressing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) concerns for its stakeholders towards the upliftment of people and communities.

ACT consists of small acts for the common good towards creating a better environment for its employees, partners, and communities. ALLHC enjoins its stakeholders to #ACTnow for the future.
In October, ALLHC piloted its ACT program by supporting the Department of Education’s Brigada Eskwela campaign. ALLHC extended assistance to pupils of Dungan Elementary School in Mabalacat, Pampanga wherein over 460 Kinder to Grade 6 pupils were provided basic school necessities and hygiene kits to equip them for their face-to-face classes this school year.
“ACT or ALLHC Cares for Tomorrow is our way of showing we care for our future. As we launch this program, we deepen our commitment towards environmental protection, social engagement, and good governance. Aligned with our culture of integrity and malasakit, our mission is to contribute to society by providing a positive impact and doing the right thing for the greater good of next generations,” shares ALLHC Chief Operating Officer Mr. Patrick C. Avila.

In helping mitigate climate change and risks, ALLHC practices site resilience in all its developments. Thirty percent of its industrial estates are dedicated to green and open spaces. Moreover, ALLHC’s Tutuban Center and South Park Center will continue to conduct their Recyclables Fairs where participants can trade in their traditional recyclables and non-traditional wastes such as broken electronics and appliances.
